Mail to your FARM

Once you have exported your FARM to a CSV, you have to determine what kind of marketing piece you'll be sending to the property owner.

The 3 main types of marketing pieces Real Estate Investors regularly use are:

  1. Postcard
  2. Printed letter
  3. Handwritten letter (often referred to as the Yellow Letter)

Creating a Letter in Microsoft Word with Mail Merge

After writing your message to the homeowner, you can insert the their name, mailing address, and other columns from your CSV file directly into your Microsoft Word doc using the the Mail Merge tool.
